During my New Year's stay, I appreciated the convenience of the bus stop located right outside the hotel, which made traveling around the area much easier. Additionally, the friendly staff was always available to help assist with our needs. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the quiet and peaceful surroundings, allowing for a relaxing stay.
The room we booked turned out to be quite small for our liking, especially since we accidentally booked a smoking room. The smell was overwhelming and made sleeping more difficult. The mattress was not what we expected, as it was more like a futon over a mattress base, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.

The hotel is conveniently located near many dining and shopping options, making it an ideal location for a Christmas holiday. the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are generally clean. One great feature was the option to choose a pillow that suited our preferences.
The room we booked was incredibly small, which was made even worse by the fact that we accidentally booked a smoking room. the stench of smoke was overwhelming and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

The hotel staff made me feel welcome, and their friendliness and helpfulness were really good. This hotel has free bikes that guests can use, made my exploration of the city more exciting. the location was excellent as it is nearby shopping precincts and various areas of interest. Plus, the hotel room was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

The hotel is situated in a quiet area and has easy access to transportation. the friendly staff made the check-in process easy despite the language barrier. the rooms, though small, were clean and provided toiletries to guests. bicycles were available for rental free of charge to explore the city.
The rooms were quite small and some guests reported uncomfortable mattresses.
